Repeat Prescriptions

Please note the following :-

  • Please allow 48 hours for your prescription to be processed.
  • Where possible use your repeat counterfoil to order medication. If this is not available write your name/address and the name of the medication(s) on a piece of paper.
  • Place request in the box on reception marked “repeat prescriptions”.
  • We do not accept prescriptions over the telephone.
  • We do accept fax requests on 0117 9083377.
  • If you have difficulty collecting your prescriptions from the surgery, contact reception for details of other options available.

On-line repeat prescription

Before you can start requesting repeat prescriptions on-line you must first register your details for this service. Just ask at our reception for a Registration Form. This provides all the information needed. Then follow this link:

The first time you use this facility you have to create your account.

Once registered you can simply log on with your your practice ID, patient ID and password given earlier. You will then be able to request your repeat prescriptions.
